  • Usage data such as pages visited, time spent on pages and navigation paths (where analytics tools are in use)

We do not collect:

  • Payment card information (we do not process payments directly on this website)
  • Sensitive personal data (as defined under UK GDPR Article 9)

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your enquiries and provide the services you have requested (lawful basis: performance of a contract / legitimate interests)
  • Improve, maintain and administer our website (lawful basis: legitimate interests)
  • Comply with legal obligations (lawful basis: legal obligation)

We will never sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (a cloud database platform with servers in the EU/US). We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

File attachments submitted via our contact form are stored in cloud storage with access controls. Only authorised personnel can access submitted data.

6. Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and associated files for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission, unless a longer retention period is required by law or legitimate business need. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 8).
